In this workshop you will learn different meditation and breathwork techniques. You will get to practice and also land in a short meditation. All levels are welcome to join, even though you haven't practiced mindfulness, meditation or breathwork before.
Meditation can be practiced sitting and standing, as well as lying down on your back. As long as you are comfortable, you will land at ease.
