Handstand and wheel are not only poses for show, but they also strengthens your body, prevents from injuries such as lower back or spinal pain and of course also improves your balance. Who doesn't want all that?
So who are these workshops for?
As we will break down the techniques step by step in different postures and help you in a safe way, these are all level workshops. Regardless of if you are experienced or new and curious, we will show you how to develop your alignment, strength and mobility to master the postures in a safe way. We will use walls, props and also use a partner for spotting. Don't take it too serious, come and have some fun too :)
Ebbs is a free spirit who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. With her roots in dance, and over 500 hours education in yoga, meditation and healing, she builds her classes to create both a strong body and a powerful mindset.
In her classes you can expect sweat and laughter, along with mindfulness and yoga philosophy, always suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. And if the moon and stars are aligned, you might get a hint of astrology in between the asanas!

Our aim is to leave you with a knowledge and ability to feel comfortable to safely practice your backbends and inversions. If you will not make it during this workshop, you will at least have got a bunch of tools, tips and tricks to further practice at home.
